Dennis Kading is a waterfall artist. The Pond Pros build custom waterfalls, streams and pondless waterfalls that look like they were always part of the yard — an 8' tall waterfall feeding a 55-foot stream in Claremont, a complex waterfall on a very steep slope in Ontario, a pondless waterfall with three spillways in Riverside. Waterfalls for koi ponds
The centerpiece of most of our ponds: natural stone, real drops, and the sound you wanted when you first imagined it.
Pondless waterfalls
All the waterfall, none of the open pond. Water disappears into a gravel basin and recirculates — safer around small kids, less maintenance, and it fits where a pond won't.
Streams
Long, meandering runs with riffles and pools, like the 55-foot stream in Claremont, that carry water across the yard and bring the whole landscape to life.
Hillside waterfalls
Steep slopes are where waterfalls belong. We've built complex multi-drop falls on grades other builders walked away from.
Water garden design
Planting, rock and water designed together, so the feature matures into the garden instead of sitting on top of it.

Why a pondless waterfall?
- You want the look and sound of moving water without maintaining fish or an open pond.
- You have small children or pets and don't want standing water in the yard.
- The space is a narrow side yard or a slope where a full pond won't fit.
- You want something you can turn off when you travel and turn back on when you're home.
- You may add a pond later — a pondless feature can be designed to connect to one.

Free design and drawing
Dennis sketches the waterfall for your yard, with options for size and stone.
Built to hold water
Liner runs the full length, rock is set to send water forward instead of behind it, and the pump and plumbing are sized to the drop.
